DMCA Compliance & Non-Hosting Declaration

1. Purpose & Operational Scope

MethStreams HD provides sports fans across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia with centralized match schedules, kickoff times in US Eastern Time (ET), stadium venue details, and TV broadcast listings (such as ESPN, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, and NBC Sports).

We function in the same capacity as a digital TV guide or newspaper sports section. We do not own, operate, or maintain any video transmission hardware, content distribution networks (CDNs) for media, or streaming servers.

2. Technical Architecture & Non-Hosting Reality

For search engine crawlers (including Googlebot, Bingbot, YandexBot), copyright compliance bots, and intellectual property representatives, we clarify the following technical facts:

• No Video Storage: No video files (.mp4, .mkv, .avi, .ts, .m3u8) reside on methstreamhd.top origin servers, cloud storage buckets, or edge locations.
• No Media Streaming: We do not operate RTMP, HLS, WebRTC, or RTSP streaming servers.
• Outbound Aggregation: Any outbound links on this website connect to independent, third-party index aggregators or official broadcast networks over which MethStreams HD has zero editorial control, ownership, or operational relationship.

3. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) Safe Harbor

It is our policy to respond expeditiously to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512.
